with approximately 200 churches and organizations represented,
plus 4 events in Imperial County, 2 in South Orange County, and 2 in South Riverside County
Events include a sunrise service, prayer breakfasts, prayer walks,
morning, lunch hour, after work, evening, and all-day events,
events at city halls, the County Administration Building, a high school, and UCSD,
plus a special event for youth, prayer opportunities for military personnel,
a service on the San Pasqual Reservation,
and Día Nacional de Oración Servicio de Oración en Espanol.

exists to facilitate the Judeo/Christian expression of the National Day of Prayer at regional and local events on the first Thursday in May each year, and to provide information about prayer needs and activities in our area throughout the year.
